How Do I Join Mordialloc Florist Rewards Program?
Create a Mordialloc Florist customer account (online or in-store) and you will automatically become part of our program. Or you can join by using our loyalty program widget 'Check Rewards' by clicking on the tab to the right hand side of your screen.
How do I earn loyalty points?
Start with our Beautiful Tier and earn 5 Petals for every $10 you spend online or in-store*, and up to 5 Petals for each $7 for our top Tiers*. Each time you spend, you will receive an email with your updated loyalty points balance. There are also plenty of other ways to earn loyalty points under the Earn tab of your loyalty profile, including following us on Facebook and Instagram, with more to come. Use your loyalty petals to redeem rewards, or save them up to unlock even more exciting rewards.
*Please note that some exclusions apply to earning petals on purchases. Please see T&Cs below for details.
How do I check my loyalty points balance and redeem rewards?
You can check your balance and rewards anytime by clicking 'Check Rewards' on our website. Each time you shop online or in-store, you will receive an email with your updated loyalty points balance. From here, you can click through to your loyalty profile, where you can redeem rewards.
*PLEASE NOTE:
As you accrue petals you decide when to use the unlocked rewards but please note that once you redeem your petals for a reward $$ voucher the number of petals for that voucher will be deducted from your account.
For example, if you have 275 petals you would have the option to redeem for 1 x $10 voucher (250 petals) and have 25 petals remaining, or, redeem for 1 x $5 vouchers (125 petals) with 150 petals remaining.
Alternatively, you of course have the option to keep accruing your petals and convert them for a single higher value reward $$ voucher later.
How do I use my rewards?
When you have enough points to unlock a reward, you'll be able to redeem it for a unique reward coupon. You can use your reward coupon during checkout. Just copy and paste your unique code into the Discount bar and click 'Apply'. Note, you can only use one coupon code per order. Or if you would like to use your reward in-store, just let one of our staff know at the counter.
*Terms and Conditions
Petals will not accrue for purchases of gift cards or out of area orders. Orders for weddings, large and corporate events, funeral caskets, wreathes, sheafs, hearts, crosses and funeral arrangements prior to the change of our qualify products on August 22nd 2022 will not accrue points, nor will other products not specifically defined as being in the qualifying products collections.
Petals will not accrue for ‘Approved Account’ or ‘Funeral Director’ customers.
Mordialloc Florist reserves the right to modify or cancel coupons at any time without notice.
Coupons can only be redeemed once, with the exception of the Gifts & Plant Discount coupon that can be redeemed as many times as you like while still valid.
If you redeem your coupon online for a purchase less than the full value of the coupon, the balance of the coupon is not redeemable on another purchase.
If you return any of the items purchased with a coupon, the coupon discount or value may be subtracted from the return credit.
Petals are valid for 12-months and accrue on all purchases for qualifying customers and qualifying products that have been paid in full.
