What is the Delivery Guarantee?

We take pride in our ability to deliver beautiful and exquisite flowers and gifts right across Melbourne and the Mornington Peninsula and know how important it is for you to know that your order will be delivered on the date promised.

Our Delivery Guarantee:

- We Promise that the order will be delivered on the date stated on your order confirmation

- Note that for all online orders you will be provided with email updates on your delivery so you can have full confidence knowing your flowers and gifts have been delivered

- In the very unlikely event that we are unable to deliver on your confirmed delivery date because of an issue or error at our end, you will be provided with a full refund and we will still deliver the next available date (NOTE: This is very rare as evidenced by our independent customer reviews)

NOTE:We offer the Delivery Guarantee in good faith and any attempt to intentionally create a failed delivery will void the offer

Terms & Conditions of Delivery Guarantee

In order for the Delivery Guarantee to apply the following conditions must be met:- A correct delivery address must be provided (i.e. We cannot be held responsible when the recipient no longer resides at the provided address, is no longer at the hospital provided, is not at the work premises due to leave, etc.,....Please 'double check' the address before placing your order)- Contact phone numbers for the recipient and yourself should be provided so we can make contact in case we need to clarify any details- Safe and clear access to the property must be available (eg. Out of office hours, business relocated or permanently closed, etc.)- Any Special Delivery Notes must be accurate and completed (eg. if delivering to a funeral service the chapel, time and location need to be provided)NOTE: We offer the Delivery Guarantee in good faith and any attempt to intentionally create a failed delivery will void the offer

When does the Delivery Guarantee no longer apply?

The offer does not apply if:- The wrong delivery address is provided- The recipient is no longer at the location (i.e. workplace, home, hospital, etc.,). We encourage you to double check that the address details are correct before placing your order- Your contact information is not correct or available. At times we will reach out to you to confirm the delivery details so an accurate mobile number and email address is necessary- You place an order with the intention of purposely creating a failed delivery

What happens if my Delivery fails?

1) In the event that your delivery was not possible or fails due to incorrect information, wrong delivery address, etc., we will contact you and confirm the instructions for re-delivery noting that we reserve the right to charge a 're-delivery' fee

2) In the event that delivery failed due to our error we will contact you to discuss the re-delivery options and make sure we can complete the delivery. If this was our error you will not be charged a re-delivery fee and we will refund the original order value within 2-3 business days.

How much is the Delivery Fee?

Then you can enter the postcode in the Delivery Rate Calculator on to see the rate for your suburb.

Question 6

What Is The Cut-Off Time For Same Day Delivery?

Our same day cut-off times for Melbourne Monday-Friday is 1:00PM AEST, and 12:00PM Saturday

The Mornington Peninsula cut-off is 11:00AM Monday-Saturday.

If you would like to place a "same day delivery order" outside of these times please call us and we may be able to arrange it (noting in some instances an extra fee may apply)

Question 7

Why is my Desired Delivery Date Unavailable?

There are a few reasons that your desired delivery date is not available (Date is selected on the Cart page):

1) The 'same day' cut off time has passed. Please select the next available date

2) We have reached delivery capacity to that suburb or date. Please try another date.

3) The desired date is a Sunday or Public Holiday (Note: At this time we do not deliver on Sundays or Public Holidays as our drivers need some days to rest as well)

Can I Track My Delivery?

1) Once you place your Online Order you will be notified of your order confirmation via email and you can also see the delivery status on your Order Status page.

2) For online orders, you'll receive a second email when the order has left our premises, and your online order status will be updated to "it's on the way".

3) For online orders, and phone orders where an email address has been provided, we will send you a third email once your delivery has been successfully delivered, and the online Order Status page will change to Delivered.

NOTE: In the event that we are unable to deliver due to incorrect address, etc., we will contact you.

Question 9

When Can I Expect My Order To Be Delivered? How Long Does The Delivery Take?

All orders confirmed for the date on the email notification will be delivered on that day unless we have contacted you directly to discuss (eg. cannot be delivered due to an error in the delivery address, etc.).

Depending upon the number of deliveries on a given day we are typically able to deliver within our shop opening hours (Mon-Sat). However, due to unforeseen circumstances (eg. traffic incidents affecting our driving times) deliveries may be delivered up to 7:00PM to residential addresses (although this is rare).

Please note that we will not attempt to deliver to schools after 3:00PM or offices after 5:00PM.

We also offer extended delivery times during peak periods such as Valentine's Day and Mother's Day.

Yes, our delivery rates are the same online, over the phone or when ordered instore.

Do You Deliver On Sundays or Public Holidays?

Accepted Answer

At this time we do not usually deliver on Sundays or Public Holidays, except for major events such as Valentine's Day and Mother's Day that fall on Sundays. Please note that at times we do take extended breaks around Easter and Christmas. All details will updated on our contact us page.

Can I Select A Specific Delivery Date? Can I Order In Advance?
