DELIVERY FAQ's
1) On the CART page you can select the date for delivery. You choose the current day for Same Day Delivery, or Next Day or any Future Date by selecting the Date from the Date Picker.
2) You will receive an email confirmation of your Order within a few minutes of placing the order. You will also receive an email confirming that the flowers have left the florist and are on the way on the date chosen. NEW: We are now sending emails confirming delivery has been made. NOTE: Please be sure to enter your email address correctly or you will miss all notifications.

Yes, as long as you order our ONLINE PRODUCTS ONLY and the value is greater than $60, then you will be offered free delivery within the Free Delivery Zone. Please call us to place your order noting the product name and number.

We create amazing customised and bespoke arrangements, bouquets and posies every day and we are proud to be able to offer this service and encourage you to call us to discuss your unique needs at any time.
However, it should be noted that whilst the online products have the delivery fee built in, all customised creations will be priced based upon your specific or unique needs and 'do not' have any delivery charges 'built in' to the price.
If you require delivery for these items we will quote you the standard rate for delivery of these items. Any questions, please call our Florists to discuss.

With our Free Delivery Zone offer our same day cut-off times for Monday-Friday is 1:00PM AEST, and 12:00PM Saturday.
If you would like to place a "same day delivery order" outside of these times please call us and we may be able to arrange it.
Please note that at this time this will attract an additional delivery fee if we have to book a courier specifically for the order outside our normal delivery runs.

All orders confirmed for the date on the email notification will be delivered on that day unless we have contacted you directly to discuss (eg. cannot be delivered due to an error in the delivery address, etc.).
Depending upon the number of deliveries on a given day we are typically able to deliver within our shop opening hours (Mon-Sat). However, due to unforeseen circumstances (eg. traffic incidents affecting our driving times) deliveries may be delivered up to 7:00PM to residential addresses (although this is rare).
Please note that we will not attempt to deliver to schools after 3:00PM or offices after 5:00PM.
We also offer extended delivery times during peak periods such as Valentine's Day and Mother's Day.
