A big THANK YOU to all our lovely customers for your continued support these past 2+ years and as we move to living with COVID.
Just like many other businesses across Australia, we are not immune to the disruptions that COVID (and global conflicts, and local floods and bush fires) has on our suppliers, staff and customers at times.
Whilst the impacts change daily we have become adept at adjusting as best we can to maintain our quality and service you have come to expect.
However, at times we may need to make some substitutions for flowers, foliage, vases and pots in order to maintain our levels of quality. We are also impacted from staff furloughing from time to time and whilst this has not impacted our ability to service our customers much so far, we do ask for patience if it takes us longer than normal to answer the phones, prepare your orders or make our deliveries.
In the event that changes are required we will provide the same value and aim to maintain the overall style of the product selected as we've done at times over the past years of lockdowns and COVID.

We take the safety of you and our staff very seriously and Mordialloc Florist implemented strict hygiene & disinfection procedures and processes early March 2020 in anticipation of COVID-19 (before any government restrictions were announced) and maintained our protocols and standards through all of 2020 and 2021.
Now, as we learn to 'live with COVID' we will continue to maintain our standards, follow government directions and keep the health and safety of our customers and staff as a top priority at all times.
As of the date of this post we don't have any special COVID updates to share, however this page is updated regularly and within hours of any changes that we are required to make.
