At this time we do not usually deliver on Sundays or Public Holidays, except for major events such as Valentine's Day and Mother's Day that fall on Sundays. Please note that at times we do take extended breaks around Easter and Christmas. All details will updated on our contact us page.

1) Once you place your Online Order you will be notified of your order confirmation via email.

2) For online orders, you'll receive a second email when the order has left our premises.

3) For online orders, and phone orders where an email address has been provided, we will send you a third email once your delivery has been successfully delivered.

1) In the event that your delivery was not possible or fails due to incorrect information, wrong delivery address, etc., we will contact you and confirm the instructions for re-delivery noting that we reserve the right to charge a 're-delivery' fee

2) In the event that delivery failed due to our error we will contact you to discuss the re-delivery options and make sure we can complete the delivery. If this was our error you will not be charged a re-delivery fee and we will refund the original order value within 2-3 business days.
